We begin on Tuesday, October 1st and the program runs until Monday, October 21st.

What you'll receive:
- A daily guided meditation that will help you develop mindfulness, lower your stress level, and create a sense of calm led by PYC Co-Founder; Kinndli McCollum
- A daily journaling prompt to encourage you to reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and experiences
- A daily virtual on-demand yoga class where you will discover new strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Awaken to new possibilities with a flow that will leave you rinsed and renewed
