An online program consisting of meditation, yoga & journalling experience for 21 days presented by Power Yoga Canada with all proceeds to CAMH's womenmind™

We begin on Friday, November 10th and the program runs until Friday, December 1st with a live in-studio class on Saturday, December 2nd at PYC Oakville.

Designed to help you prioritize your mental well-being.

What you'll receive:

  • A daily guided meditation that will help you develop mindfulness, lower your stress level, and create a sense of calm led by PYC Co-Founder; Kinndli McCollum
  • A daily journaling prompt to encourage you to reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and experiences
  • A daily virtual on-demand yoga class where you will discover new strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Awaken to new possibilities with a flow that will leave you rinsed and renewed
  • Live in-studio class on Saturday, December 2nd at 12:30 pm EST at PYC Oakville (for those unable to attend we will also live-stream this class via Zoom
