Most people aren’t tired. They’re disconnected from their breath.

May 15, 2026

By Nick Vetro

I notice this in myself all the time.

The second life gets busy, stressful, exciting, chaotic- whatever it is- my breathing changes before I even realize it.

Shorter breaths.
Faster thoughts.
More tension in my shoulders.
Less patience.
More reacting.

And I think a lot of people are living there right now.

Not because they’re weak.
Not because they’re lazy.

Just because nobody taught us to notice.

Breath is one of the fastest ways to change how you feel physically and mentally- but most of us only pay attention to it once something already feels wrong.

That’s part of why yoga works so well.

Not because every class magically fixes your life.
But because for 45 or 60 minutes, you finally reconnect to yourself again.

You move.
You breathe.
You feel your body instead of just thinking about your body.

And honestly, that changes a lot more than people realize.

This week’s classes are all built around that idea:
using breath to create strength, steadiness, and presence.

Fix Your Chaturanga to Upward Dog Transition | 5 Minute Yoga Tutorial with Kinndli

This week’s YouTube release is short — but honestly, it might improve your practice more than a full class.

Kinndli breaks down one of the most repeated transitions in yoga: Chaturanga to Upward Dog.

When this transition is rushed or disconnected from breath, people dump into their shoulders, low back, and wrists without realizing it.

This 5-minute Yoga Lab helps you build:
• stronger alignment
• better body awareness
• safer movement patterns
• more control and confidence

Small changes. Huge difference.

One Thing to Remember This Week

You do not need to force your way through life every day. Sometimes your body isn’t asking for more hustle. Sometimes it’s just asking you to breathe.
