I love sports.

Always have.

And one thing I've noticed about great athletes is they don't spend most of their time doing exciting things.

They spend most of their time doing boring things exceptionally well.

The warm-up.

The recovery.

The fundamentals.

The repetition.

The stuff nobody posts about.

The stuff nobody celebrates.

The stuff that actually matters.

I think the same thing is true in yoga.

And honestly, it's true in life.

We love breakthroughs.

But breakthroughs are usually built on a thousand moments nobody noticed.

A thousand ordinary decisions.

A thousand small actions.

A thousand days where someone showed up when they didn't feel like it.

That's why I love this week's Yoga Lab with Kinndli.

And let's be honest...
