You’re Not Burnt Out- You’re Under-moved

Apr 23, 2026

By Nick Vetro

There’s a weird trend right now. Everyone’s busy & exhausted.

Not from doing too much- but from thinking about doing too much.

  • You wake up, check your phone, scroll a bit.
  • Listen to something “productive.”
  • Maybe save a workout for later.

And somehow… you’re already drained. But you haven’t actually done anything yet. That’s the problem.

Your brain is overloaded.
Your body is underused.

And that combination?

It makes everything feel harder than it actually is.

Movement fixes that. Not because it’s magic. Because it’s real.

It pulls you out of the loop: thinking → planning → consuming → repeat and drops you into something immediate:

  • breathing
  • sweating
  • focusing

Now you’re back in your body. And things start to feel simple again.

This Week = Start Moving (Not Planning)

We built this week around one idea:

stop waiting — just start

How to Use This Week

If you feel stuck → start Day 1
If you feel scattered → No distractions
If you keep quitting early → Stay with it
If you want consistency → Find your rhythm

You don’t need more input.

You need output.

Move your body.

Everything else gets easier after that.
